John Ferwerda sharing his experiences as a professional musician.

I'm thrilled to share my own experiences playing in various ensembles, from small chamber groups to grand symphony orchestras. I've had the privilege of performing with colleagues from different countries, cultures and backgrounds.

Music isn't just about individual talent; it's also about community.

Amateur orchestras, for instance, bring people together who share a passion for playing music. It's not just about performing; it's about the camaraderie and joy of making music with others.

As a violin maker, I've had the unique opportunity to combine my love of music with my craft.

Now I play in an amateur orchestras, where we come together to make beautiful music without the pressure of professional performances. It's a wonderful way to connect with fellow musicians and share our passion for music.

So, whether you're a seasoned professional or an enthusiastic amateur, there's no denying the magic that happens when people come together to make music.
