We have access to an international computerised system which calculates and displays the price trends of string instruments and bows. Values are rising strongly, so if you are considering investing, upgrading or selling, contact us without delay. More expensive instruments also means a larger loss, should your instrument be accidentally damaged, stolen or destroyed. Therefore, make sure you upgrade or obtain a valuation from us. We can also organise insurance for your instruments at very attractive rates.

Violin-World has developed three types of valuations:

1. Verbal valuation which includes a description of the instrument, its maker, some history and its approximate value - AUD$25.00

2. Written valuation (for insurance purposes), which include a signed document describing the instrument, its origin, history, dimensions and its current market value - AUD$105.00 and AUD$35.00 for an upgrade

3. Certifications which give a comprehensive history and description of the instrument, and color photographs from various angles - AUD$250.00 and AUD$70.00 for an upgrade

A special Musical Instrument Policy has been "orchestrated" to protect the instrument with which you work and love. Damage or Loss could be disastrous.

The Policy provides cover for accidental Loss or Damage and Theft whether at home, at work, maybe
elsewhere in fact Worldwide cover is provided, including Theft from a locked, unattended vehicle.

In addition, the Policy includes a $10,000,000 Personal Liability Cover providing you with protection against actions for which you may be held legally liable to pay for damage or injury to others.
