When an item interests you, you may place it in your shopping cart by entering a quantity in the quantity field and then selecting the 'Add to Cart' button.

Please press the update button if you change the quantity or delete any items in your shopping cart. If you don't press it, your changes won't "stick." You can set the quantity to 0 (zero) and click update to delete an item from your cart. To change the quantity, enter the new quantity in the box on the left, then click on the gray button labeled "Update". Your changes will be displayed for your review, giving you a new total.

Upon verifying your order, select your shipping option and remember if you are ordering from a country outside Australia, click on the "10% less for Non-Australian Customers..." button which will calculate your order total less 10% GST (which only applies to non-Australian based customers).

If you are picking up your order in person, indicate so in the comments/requests field in the final ordering page and the date when you will pick up your order so we can exclude the shipping charge (we need to accept your payment first).

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Please check that your e-mail address is valid and accurate, if there is one small error, we won't be able to communicate with you about your order.

Paying By Cheque
If you don't have a credit card or are still concerned about your credit card on the Internet, go back to our "View Cart" page, print the form out and fax, phone, e-mail or mail your order through.

If you are paying by cheque or postal money send us a personal cheque or money order in Australian dollars for the amount of your order.

Remember that currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in Australian dollars or cheques denominated in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian bank. Paying by cheque slows down your order, as we don't ship your items until your cheque clears. If you are in Australia, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order about seven to ten days. If your cheque does not arrive within 30 days of the order date, we will cancel the order.
